Gardening for Wildlife: Flutterby Project

Flutterby Project by Becky Cortino

Gardening for Wildlife: Flutterby Project

This year, I grabbed my camera and went on a couple of butterfly expeditions at the Catawba Science Center to visit their exceptional Flutterby 2016 Exhibit. While there, I spoke with other visitors who said this exhibit is one of the best they’ve experienced. We’re fortunate to have such a great facility as we do here, and to be able to enjoy wonderful exhibits put together by the dedicated staff. I was pleased capture some beautiful images for my gardening presentations.

In 1999, my family and I established a wildlife garden in our Herbal Treasures Of Hickory Hollow Garden. I am available to speak on Gardening for Wildlife and Pollinators in the Garden. I have also published books covering garden planning, and gardening for wildlife, based on my most popular presentations and classes.
